# 2022/7/1～施行 ドイツ向け梱包規制について

私自身が持っている情報だと、  
・日本のリサイクル法みたいなもので、リサイクル業者（＝デュアルシステム）からリサイクル料金（＝ライセンス）を購入する  
・LUCID番号を取得して、ライセンスを購入した旨を報告する  
という認識です。  
2022/7からは、マーケットプレイスは各販売者に義務づけること、となっているようですが、eBayにおいてはLUCID番号をどこに登録するのか等、未発表かと思います。

というわけで、とりあえず発表を待つという考えで良いように思います。
