本日で6個出品となりました。 😀（昨日までは1個） 質問です。 10/8発売の商品を先行予約販売したいのですが、 shipping policy記載上の注意点に関して、教えてください。 商品名、Description項目には、Pre-Orderなる文字を入れますが、 支払われても、すぐには出荷できないので、shipping policy他で注意点があるかと 思っています。 どうかよろしくお願いします。 ---

@miz さん 返信ありがとうございます。 皆さんの意見、一つ一つが勉強になります。 > durationを最長にしておく必要ありますねー Listting detailsの記載ページでDurationで検索したところ、 ebayでの出品をすぐ行うか、日時指定するかという箇所がありました。 duratuionの項目はここだけでした。 出品はすぐしたいのですが、発送が遅れるので（10月中旬以降）、 シッピングポリシーで、ハンドリングタイムを40日（最長）にしようかと 考えていますが、認識あっていますでしょうか？ ---

間違ってますね。 先行販売ポリシーではタイトルと説明にpresaleを含め、購入から30日以内の発送を保証しなければなりません。 40日の設定ではポリシー違反となります。 また、商品が発送可能となる日付をリスト内に含める必要もあります。 予約販売について出ている情報が間違っていることが多いので Presale policyを確認したほうがいいですよ。 > **[Presale policy](https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-policies/presale-policy?id=4252)** > > Presale listings must clearly state that they are "presale" in the title and description, and guarantee shipment within 30 days of purchase. ---

良い判断だと思います。 売れた場合は予約販売であることと、おおよその発送予定日をバイヤーに伝えるといいですよ。 ほとんどのバイヤーは商品の説明を読まないので、連絡をしておかないと問い合わせのメッセージが嫌になるほどくる場合があります。 また、メッセージで通知しておくことで、トラブルになった場合に何かと良い材料となります。 追加で発送時にも連絡することで良いフィードバックを残してくれる確率も上がります。 ---

はじめまして、 ebayではハンドリングタイムは40営業日の選択ができるのですが、Federal Trade Commissionの定めたルールとして30日以内の発送があります。 ハンドリングタイム40営業日の表示がFederal Trade Commissionの定めるところの明確な期日の表示にあたると判断されれば、ebayとしてもポリシーを変更する可能性はありますね。 しかし、現時点ではハンドリングタイム40営業日の選択がポリシー違反とされる危険性はあるようです。 根拠としてはリンク先の9月15日の書き込みにポリシー違反としてリストを削除というものがあるからです。 Presale policyですとハンドリングタイムも含めて30日以内での発送となっているので、ハンドリングタイム30営業日も実際には危険なのかもしれませんね。 ---

@toratora さん 本業忙しく、お返事遅れました。 詳細な説明、ありがとうございます。 他の方のリスティング見ると、ポリシー守っていない方多かったです。 presaleではなく、preorderと書いてあったり、いつ頃発送できるか書いてなかったり。 ポリシー違反は避けたいので、ちゃんとルール守って進めていきます。 ---

@kumajoi さん 調べていただきありがとうございます。 今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。 出品し始めてまだ数日ですが（この前の土曜日から） SOLDどころか、なかなかVIEWがつかないです。（へこんでます） ちょっと、売値見直そうとおもっています。 😀
