# MC011出品停止

ＭＣ０１１出品停止の件で質問ですが  
ebay usから来たメールで

本文  
「To help us remove the restriction on your account, you’ll need to:

- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking. Track items you’ve sold.  
More specific details are provided below… 」

和訳  
「アカウントの制限を解除するには、次のことを行う必要があります。

- 追跡をアップロードして、eBay で販売したすべての商品の配達証明を提供します。 販売した商品を追跡します。  
より具体的な詳細は以下に記載されています。」

という文書の場合、販売した商品の追跡番号を送るという事で間違いないでしょうか？  
それとも、配達証明という物がebayで印刷できるんでしょうか？  
よろしくお願いいたします

メッセージを読む限り、追跡番号をアップロードすればOKのようです。  
より具体的には・・・のところに、他に書いてあればその通りにする必要がありますね。  
もし不安であれば、セラーポータルからebay Japanにも相談してみたら良いかと思います。
