VATを支払うことになるから、商品価格を記入しないでと言ってるようですが 😅  
インボイスには商品価格を記入しなくてはいけないので、それは無理ですし

商品価格を実際よりも低い価格で書いてほしいというバイヤーからのリクエストも  
よくくるものですけど、VATも含め関税を支払うのはバイヤーの義務であり  
商品価格を低く書くことは脱税の手助けすることになってしまうので

商品価格を書かないことは、書類上無理だと答えて  
低い金額を書くことも法律違反になるからできないとそれも付け加えるかで  
回答するのが良いかなと私は思います 🤔
