# バイヤー都合のキャンセル料金

Tシャツを購入していただき発送前にサイズ違いのためにキャンセルのメッセージがあり、バイヤー都合を選択してキャンセル手続きをしました。Paypalを確認したところ、18.82$受取り、19.98$返金されていました。バイヤー都合なのに手数料はセラーもちなのでしょうか？

戻ってこない手数料ってFVFのことを指してますか？
であれば当月のキャンセル分などの変換される手数料はCreditという形で月々のeBayからの請求から減算されますよ^^
キャンセルした瞬間に返還されないのでタイムラグがあり損した気分になるかもですが。
SummaryからeBayの請求書明細を見てみてください。

eBayの落札手数料は、上記の回答の通り、後から戻ってきますが
Paypalの手数料については、こちらは返金されずにセラー負担になってしまいます。
残念なのですが・・Paypalの規約が変わってしまったので仕方がなく。。
もうすぐManaged Paymentsに移行しますから、それまでの間だけです。

細かいですが、Managed Paymentsへ移行後、$0.30 per orderは返金されずにセラー負担のままのようです。￬

少額ではありますが、低額商品の取引だと痛いかもしれません。
また、$0.30 per orderというのが、一度に複数itemのオーダーが入って入金された後にキャンセルになった場合には$0.30だけの負担なのか、itemごとに$0.30かかるのかが不明瞭な感じです。
