@Time さん、質問ありがとうございます。  
以下試していただきたいのですが、  
・アイコン写真の下のSettings→GeneralのCountry or Regionにて  
「Auto detect country or region」をオフにして、United Statesを選択する。  
気になっているので、試してみた結果、ぜひ教えてください。
