# \[FAQ\]Paypalにて支払い済なのにawaiting paymentが消えない

**質問：**  
バイヤーより商品を購入されて、PayPalでは支払い済みになっているのですが、ebay上では「awaiting payment」になっています。この場合、商品を発送してもよいのでしょうか？

**回答：**  
Paypalで問題なく支払いが確認できているのであれば、下記手順で支払い済みとしてeBayのオーダーステータスを変更して、発送手続きを進めてください。

１．Seller hubのordersフォルダより、該当のオーダーを確認  
２．Actions列のプルダウンより、mark as payment receivedを選択  
３．発送手続きを進める
