# location USとitem does not ship to (郵便番号）がおかしい

おはようございます。ぜんだまんです。  
表示上の問題が２つあります。  
①私のスマホからプロフィールの欄を見た時にlocation USという表示がでていて  
これはバイヤーを誤解させるのでJPに修正したいのですが、どこから修正すればいいのでしょうか。  
My eBay: Account＞addressからは自分の住所を全て日本の住所になっていることを確認してます。  
②タブレットで商品を見た時にdoes not ship to \*\*\*\*\*\*\*(私の家の郵便番号）が表示されます。  
これに関してもセラーハブのトップ画面でzipコードを修正したほうがいい、という  
MSGが表示されて毎回修正するんですが、大元が直ってないのかいつも表示されます。  
どこを直したらいいのでしょうか？  
因みに今8/9 11：20現在、My eBay: Account＞addressのサーバーダウンしてるみたいですね。
