昨日リターンリクエストがきて、新品のつもりで出品したいたものが中を開けると中古品だったらしく、私も中を開けて確認ができていなかったので、すぐ返品してもらい送料もこちら負担になるとお伝えし返品処理を進めていました。 お客様も翌日には返品しますと快諾してもらったのですが、なぜが汚れを取ろうと思って拭いていたら商品についていたストラップが壊れて、さらにパッケージも捨ててしまったと再度連絡が入りました。。。 壊れてしまったので返品はお断りして、一部返金をご提案し返金することで了承してもらったのですが、すでに返品で処理を進めていたので、Seller Hub上でRefund buyerを選択すると全額返金になってしまいます。。。 一部返金に変更するにはどうしたら良いのでしょうか？？ ---

私はリターンリクエストされたことがなくてお役に立てるかわかりませんが、、、 Managed Payments適用後であれば、Seller HubにSend refundがあるため、そこへ金額を入力すれば一部返金することができるはずなのですが、リターンリクエストがオープンされているとSend refundは無くてRefund buyerという選択肢しかないということなのでしょうかね？？ バイヤーにいったんリターンリクエストをキャンセルするよう依頼してみるのはのでしょうか？下記がその手順のようです。 1. Go to your [Purchase history](https://www.ebay.com/myb/PurchaseHistory) and find the item. 2. Select **See request details** in the More actions dropdown menu. 3. Select **Close your request** and choose your reason from the dropdown menu. > **[Return an item for a refund](https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041)** > > If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund. If you've changed your mind and want to return it, you can ask the seller if they'll accept a return. ---

@PEANUTS ebay Japanにも相談してみても良いかと思います。 バイヤーと話し合いができているのであれば @mayu さんがシェアしてくれたように、 一旦このリターンケースはバイヤーからクローズしてもらって 改めて一部返金を行うのが良さそうな感じですね。 ---

ケースがオープンされてから3日経過するとバイヤーがエスカレーションできてしまうようですので、エスカレーションされずに済むとよいですね。 ---

そうなんですね。。。 多分大丈夫だとは思うんですが、リターンリクエストも初めてて エスカレーションも全く意味が分かってないので また分からないことが出てきたらここで質問させていただきます。 ありがとうございます！
