# バイヤー都合の返品、返金リクエスト

zipXというサービスを使えば、アメリカからの返品も返送ラベルを作ることができます。  
ただ、$16よりは高くなるのではないかと思います。

zipXを使わずに、バイヤーに返送ラベルを作成してもらって返送する場合でも  
日本からの送料と同じとはならない可能性のが高いかなとも思います。  
どんな梱包で、どの方法で送るかによって送料は異なるので何とも言えないですが  
返送の方が高くなることの方が多いような気がします。

確かに最初の説明に「日本語」と記載していても、  
バイヤーとの交渉次第では、セラーが返送料も負担して返品となるケースもあります。  
そこはバイヤーとうまく交渉する必要がありますね。
