バイヤーから商品を購入され、商品も無事にバイヤーの元に届きました。 購入日：11/6 ホールドされている支払いを待っていますが、いまだに入金されないです。 Payments の Transaction detailsには、下記の様に記載があります。 「Your funds are on hold until Dec 7 while we confirm that the buyer does not have an issue with the order after they receive it.」 追跡番号から荷物は無事到着していることを確認しています。 バイヤーの方で何かアクションがないと、入金されないのでしょうか？ ご回答、よろしくお願いいたします。 ---

以前ベイパルが決済のときは21日間の資金ロックされるときがありました。 あまり取引のないアカウントとか返金が多かったりするとその処置が適応されたと記憶しています。 海外の取引の慣習でそのようなロックが新しいペイメントでもあると考えたほうがいいですよね。 ---

ご回答、ありがとうございます。 はい。Delivery済みです。Fedexでの発送で、追跡番号を追って、到着確認もしました。 一向に入金にならないので（いつもなら、すぐくらいに入金のお知らせが届いてました。）気になってpaymentの情報を見に行きました。 まだholdになっていて、バイヤーが何かアクションを起こさないと入金にならないのかと、心配しています。 ありがとうございます。 ---

@mii さんこんにちは。 @PS_Bang さんが言っているのは、Seller側の話のように思います。 通常通りとのことでしたので、何か商品未着のケースは上がっていませんか？ Requests and disputes [https://www.ebay.com/sh/resolutions](https://www.ebay.com/sh/resolutions) Returns [https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/return](https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/return) 特にないようであれば、特にBuyer側もアクション取るようなことができないように思いますので、12/7まで待つしか無いように思います。 Payoneerは単純に資金をebayから受け取って日本の銀行に渡すだけなので、Payoneerのせいというよりは、eBay側の対応のように思います。 ---

Try searching with different criteria.」となっていました。 やはり12/7と記載があれば、それまで待機ですね。 １件、気になるのは、前回の最終販売10/7、今回の販売11/16なのです。 １ケ月以上も次の販売に時間がかかりました。 ebay の何かルールで、販売に時間がかかったアカウントのペナルティーでしょうか？ 何かご存じでしたら、ご教示いただきたいです。 ebay Japanにも問い合わせしてみます。 ありがとうございます。 ---

This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. In limited circumstances, new sellers may experience holds for up to 21 days と書かれており、これに該当してそうですが、アイテムが到着したことが明確なら早く資金保留解除して欲しいですね。。また、進捗がありましたらぜひ教えてください。 ---

kumajoiさん、ご回答ありがとうございます。 仰る通り、「 **infrequent sellers** 」に当たるような気がします。 次の販売までに１ケ月かかってしまったのが問題で会った様子ですね。 コンスタントに売れないといけないという意味でもあるのですね。 なかなか在庫がさばけなく苦戦していますが、追い打ちをかけますね。。ebayさん。来月の支払予定12/7まで様子を見てみたいと思います。 お忙しいところ、ありがとうございました。
