# \[FAQ\] Top Ratedのバッジが表示されないのですが、なぜでしょうか？

**質問：**  
Top Ratedのバッジが表示されないのですが、なぜでしょうか？

**回答：**  
出品ページにバッジを表示させたい場合、Top Ratedになり、また一定期間継続する必要があります。

※Seller HubのPerformanceにてご自身のSeller levelをご確認下さい。

また、まれにではありますがeBayのシステム不具合でバッジが表示されない場合があるようです。  
不具合が発生してないかeBayへ問い合わせをしてみてください。
